Terms of Service

These terms apply when you register for or attend the SetupBots AI workshop (the “Event”). By claiming a ticket, you agree to them.

Your ticket

  • The Event is free. Tickets are limited and offered on a first-come basis — one ticket per email.
  • To manage no-shows, registration may exceed the room's capacity. A confirmed registration is not a guaranteed seat if the room reaches capacity; we recommend arriving on time.
  • Your ticket is for you. Please ask colleagues to register for their own free ticket.

Changes & cancellation

Details such as the date, time, venue, and agenda may change, and the Event may be rescheduled or cancelled. If that happens, we'll notify registrants by email at the address provided. Because the Event is free, our responsibility is limited to letting you know of any change.

Educational content only

The Event is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and no outcome or result is guaranteed. Any tools, products, or services mentioned are referenced for illustration; we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

Conduct

Please be respectful of the host, the venue, and other attendees. We may decline entry to, or ask anyone to leave, the Event for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Recording

Photos or video may be taken at the Event for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, let the host know on the day and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Communications

By registering, you agree we may contact you by email about this Event. If you opt in to text messages, our Privacy Policy describes how that works and how to stop them at any time (reply STOP).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetupBots is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your registration for or attendance at the Event. The Event is provided on an “as-is” basis.
